The scribe
The core of Calibre: medical dictation software without the dictating. It listens to the visit you were already having — in person or virtual — and hands you a structured, sign-ready note about a minute after you stop talking: SOAP, MDM, suggested ICD-10 codes, and discharge instructions in plain language. Notes push to Athenahealth and Oracle Cerner, every line stays editable, and nothing files until you sign it. Pricing: every practice starts with 14 free visits, no card. Then $150 per user per month, or $1,500 a year. Custom pricing for larger clinics.
Human onboarding — included
Nobody gets handed a login and a wiki. A Calibre specialist configures your note templates to how your practice already charts, trains your team on the first visits — on site where we can, over video everywhere else — and checks in through your first week. After launch you have a named person to call, not a ticket queue.
Scribe training sessions
Live, human-led working sessions: recording habits that make cleaner notes, reviewing and editing fast, template tuning, and refreshers for new hires and locums. Your first session is part of onboarding at no extra cost; book more whenever it helps. Details here.
White-label scribing platform
For medical groups, MSOs, staffing agencies, and health systems that want to offer scribing under their own name: your logo and domain on web and mobile, your BAA and full subprocessor documentation, notes pushed to your clients' EHRs, and volume pricing that leaves room for your margin. How the pieces fit together
A patient books through scheduling and gets an automatic reminder, so they actually show up. The visit happens, and the scribe writes it up — see the four steps — so the chart closes before the day does. When a new physician joins or a note format needs adjusting, a training session handles it with the same specialist who onboarded you. And if you're a group that wants to offer all of this under your own name, the white-label platform is the same rails with your logo on them. Each piece works alone; together they cover the day from booking to signed note.
What's included at each tier
- Trial — free: 14 visits, HIPAA-compliant chart writing, sessions up to 45 minutes. No card.
- Business — $150 per user per month, or $1,500 a year: unlimited sessions, HIPAA-compliant SOAP notes, dedicated support.
- Enterprise — custom, priced by users: everything in Business plus a dedicated account manager, provision for on-site support, and customizations based on your needs.
Every tier includes human onboarding, and every recording is handled under a BAA with encryption in transit and at rest — the baseline any covered entity should demand (see ONC's privacy and security guidance).
Which service do you actually need first?
If your evenings are the problem, start with the scribe — it's the fastest payoff and the 14 free visits answer the question inside a week. If your front desk is the bottleneck, start with scheduling. If your notes are fine but inconsistent across providers, book a training session on its own. Why we're call-first
You'll notice there's no sign-up form on this site. That's deliberate. Practices don't buy documentation tools from a checkout page — they buy them from a conversation about how their day actually runs: which EHR, which visit types, who reviews notes, what broke with the last tool. A phone call surfaces all of that in ten minutes, and it also tells you something about us — that when you need help in month six, the same kind of person picks up. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on that first call — that's cheaper for everyone than a churned subscription.
